REAL ESTATE PROFESSION RECONCILIATION INITIATIVE (REPRI) is a non – governmental
organization (NGO), which seeks to encourage all precepts of synergized efforts
in positively rallying the current stance of stakeholders (academics and
professionals) in the profession at large. It also stands to reconcile interests
in the profession as most academic students seem to be pessimistic about its
stance in the corporate world. It thus, presents hopeful realizations of yet
undiscovered and worthwhile areas in the profession. This initiative tends to
further bring out searchlights into the depths of estate management as a
profession. Hence, it is objective laden with the following:
• To synergize with the profession via seminars and forums.
• To stand out as an award giving institution to relevant and outstanding
stakeholders in the profession.
• To create a vibrant partnership with estate firms on the part of welfarism,
and thus create instincts of creative thinking incentives for young, hopeful and
dynamic chartered estate surveyors.
• To create an atmosphere where estate firms would be able to ably meet with
loan facilities by formidable partnerships with different trust schemes; e.g.
primary mortgage institutions (PMIs).
• To further create forums of awareness in newly discovered and worthwhile
aspects of the profession, post researches, in where certificates would be
awarded.
• To also award diligent students who are best among equals in the profession.
